What's exciting is that recent studies are solidifying the evidence around how specific technologies in this area have mood and performance benefits if they are purposefully applied to our daily lives. Individuals diagnosed with serious health conditions have been put into remission after being told it wasn’t possible. Inspired by these transformations, I sought out experts and educated myself on diet, lifestyle and spiritual ways to improve people's overall mental health and physical wellbeing - challenging traditional wisdom on how we should live. Even as someone who is considered healthy, I saw radical changes in my brain and performance levels when I applied some of the practices that were suited for me. On paper, I started to perform biologically younger than I had a decade prior. It was through simple daily practices & guided experiences that big changes were made.
